Returns & refunds
Because every sample is hand-poured and can't be resold once it leaves us, all sales are final. That's exactly why we sell samples: so you never have to return a full bottle.
We will always make it right if:
- Your sample arrives broken or leaking
- You received the wrong scent or size
- Your package never arrives
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund for that item, your choice.
Not a fan of a scent? That's the point of sampling, and you just avoided a blind buy. Reach out and we'll happily recommend something closer to what you like.
