Every order is hand-packed and shipped from Orange County, California. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Scent kits: always free shipping
- Single samples, orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
- Orders $35 and up: free shipping
When it ships: Every sample is poured by hand, so please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
How long it takes: Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.
Why ground only? Fragrance contains alcohol, so carriers require it to travel by ground, not air.
Lost or late package? If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
